Terms of Sale: All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranty written or implied. Buyer is responsible for inspecting the item(s) before placing bids. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on and, if unsure, should inquire or not bid. When the bidder becomes the winning bidder/buyer at auction, the buyer has entered a contract and is expected to pay for items in which the buyer was evidenced to be the successful bidder. Johnson Quarries, Inc. will not be liable for any buyer's misunderstanding or mistakes. The Buyer is responsible for pick up and transportation of the item(s) purchased. Failure to remove items from the auction site within fourteen (14) days from invoice date will be considered abandoned and re-sold. All abandonments are non-refundable.

Payment Terms: Upon approval, Buyer will be notified by Seller via email. Payment must be received within seven (7) business days of invoice date to avoid account suspension or re-listing of item(s). Applicable sales tax will be charged on all items unless a valid tax exempt certificate is provided. Payment must be submitted by cash or certified check made payable to Johnson Quarries, Inc., PO Box 136 LeRaysville, PA 18829, or by credit card to 570-744-1284 x3. A standard fee of 3% will be assessed when paying with credit card.
Removal Terms: Buyer is solely responsible for removal of item(s) from Seller's premises within fourteen (14) days from invoice date. Buyer must contact the Seller to schedule a removal appointment before access is granted to the item(s). All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Items left on Seller's premises after the designated pickup deadline are subject to re-possession by the Seller, with no refunds. Deadlines may be extended under certain circumstances upon approval by the Seller. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty written or implied. Seller is NOT responsible for removal of item(s).
